Flex Lewis

Real name James Lewis, born 1983 in Swansea, South Wales.  He became a bodybuilder after, as young lad, admiring the legs of  Tom Platz, the bodybuilding legend. He now has a home in  California, USA

Does it put you off or turn you on? Either way there’s no need to go this far.

Exercising with weights only builds this sort of muscle if you train intensely and hard every day for years gradually progressing to the heavier weights.

This is a full time occupation
